Forget the Popcorn, I'm Here for the Nachoes =d
DAMN YOU LJ!!!! I had this whole post ready to go, but LJ just had to go all error on me >>;

Anyways, here's my attempt to recreate it:

I dunno why, but I made some movie posters. Normally if I see some awesome pictures, I usually get inspired to make wallpapers or icons, but for some reason this time I thought: MOVIES. Anyways given my recent photoshopping activities, you'd think I'm obsessed with these two. Honestly I'm not, don't get me wrong I adore these two to bits and pieces, but Bi and SHG are my K-drama OTP. It's just that SoEul have so many awesome projects together and it's mind boggling the sheer number of HIGH QUALITY pics there are of them out there. Seriously girls, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING. If it weren't for you, this wouldn't have been possible <3

Anyways, made these for funsies. Can you blame me for feeding into the little scraps those wonderful people over in Korea have been giving us? (THEED NEEDS MOAR! MOAR I SAY!!!!)

Btw, just so we're all on the same level here: THESE ARE ALL FAKE!!!
I'm sure y'all are smart enough to figure it out, but just in case some crazy rumor starts up because of this...

The Blossom Project: thanks to a wonderful SoEulMate at Soompi (I'm sorry I forget who you are ^^;) who posted a very high quality photo of the pair's Bon Jook Ad, I was inspired to make this first poster. At first I was going to call this "Good Porridge" or "Good Soup" or something to that effect. I thought it could have been about how KSE's character drives Kim Bum's character absolutely bonkers, making him do stupid things, embarassing him, acting crazy. Basically I envisioned her character to be a devil in an angel's outfit, but then one day Kim Bum's characters gets sick and she takes good care of him by feeding him (what else?) jook. He starts to realize how much he actually likes her, so the rest of the movie is about how he tries to win her over from all the other guys who'd kill for her. But then when I was making the poster, I didn't get the sense that you even knew this movie had anything to do with jook. Like for the poster for Waitress, there were pies all over the poster. What I'm trying to say, by looking at a poster, you can gain some sense of what the movie should be. So looking at the picture you can obviously see that they're holding flowers. So I changed the title of the movie. And with an extremely cheesy title like "The Blossom Project" you can easily guess that it'll probably be one of those classic teen rom-com types where you've got a shy girl who gets made over and wins over the popular guy all the while dealing with pervy guys and the resident evil bitch queen. (btw when I was trying to come up with a title, which took FOREVER, I asked my roommate to help me and she said that Kim Bum looked gay in the pic. I was like WTH NOOOOO not my Bummie. If only she knew about his hot pictures =/)

Five Years of Attrition: I usually weigh romantic comedies way above any other movie genre, simply because I'm girly like that and I don't like to cry. But, I figure I should try my hand at a serious movie feel to see what would come out. I like the end product, but I seriously had the toughest time with KSE's pic. I had some awesome HQ pics of Kim Bum, but I didn't have so many of KSE that were HQ and fit the mood of the poster. And if I did have a HQ pic, her head was cut off in some ways, and as good as I like to think I am at PS, I suck at photo manips. Anyways, I tried to come up with one of those deep movie names that you see crop up every awards season at the Oscars or Golden Globes like "Closer" or "Atonement". seeing as how this is supposed to be a "serious" movie, I tried to think of something that had to do with regret and the like. So I looked up synonyms for the word "remorse" and 'attrition' came up. Attrition can mean to regret something, but it also has a meaning of being worn down and feeling guilty for doing some evil sin. So I thought that this movie could be about the bad things Kim Bum's character did in his past. He can't be with the one he loves because he feels guilty about his horrible background, but eventually it eats at him and he learns ways to forgive himself and be honest with what he did so that he doesn't hurt KSE's character anymore.

Perfectly Surprised: I really like those spring themed, wedding-ish movies like Bride Wars or the Wedding Planner or whatnot. That inspired me to make this much pinker, more feminine motif. However, looking at the pictures I dind't really have any good pics that could make them look like they were in a wedding movie, so I just went with a regular romantic theme. As you know, I don't like serious movies, so I'm hoping that this movie comes off as light hearted and funny and just plain entertainment like you get from Disney's Enchanted or heck, even an Adam Sandler movie. I don't have any plot for this movie, just a genric movie poster that you could see at from any rom-com. HOpefully this poster is good enough that you all have your own idea of what this movie should be about.


Lol I wrote a lot didn't I? You guys probably think I'm nuts, but yea....Hope you guys liked the posters :D
